The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Senior Case Management Specialist to deliver complex case management services to refugees and eligible populations in Washington State. You will lead high-priority cases, coordinate multidisciplinary interventions, and mentor staff, ensuring program compliance and quality assurance.

This role requires an undergraduate degree in social work or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or an equivalent field.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience in social services or nonprofit environments.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in a multicultural setting.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of participants with complex needs and collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
• Provide direct assistance to participants—benefits applications, service referrals, and system navigation.
• Lead workshops on PRIME topics and develop materials for participant learning and integration.
• Support subcontractors, coordinate referrals, and assist with onboarding and reporting.
