The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a NVPPA Supervisor to oversee a national virtual program, directing a direct-service team and managing caseloads across multiple states. The role emphasizes compliance, quality PAPs, and coordination with navigators and finance staff.

You will drive SOPs, support staff onboarding, and ensure data integrity in ETO while maintaining client confidentiality in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in Social Work, Human Services, or related field; lived experience may be substituted.
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervision experience, including onboarding and coaching.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in human services, preferably in resettlement or employment services.
• Experience with high-volume case management in a compliance-heavy environment and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day caseloads for direct service staff and route participants to navigators.
• Review case files to ensure eligibility, PAPs, and notes are complete and timely.
• Resolve escalated issues with Customer Service and coordinate with the Deputy Director.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of direct service staff.
