Job summary

Pavago is seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to lead remote deployments across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. You will configure CRM architecture, build workflows and automations, and manage data migrations while delivering client-ready solutions.

In this role you’ll develop dashboards and reporting, support CMS initiatives, and enable clients through training. A client-facing consulting mindset and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
• Strong expertise in CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and pipelines.
• Experience with data migration, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently.
• Professional written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead HubSpot implementations across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
• Configure and optimize HubSpot, build workflows, automations, and pipelines.
• Perform data migrations including mapping, imports, and validation.
• Develop dashboards, reporting, and campaign structures.
• Provide client enablement and training throughout engagements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and drive optimization.
