SmartBug Media, a fully remote HubSpot agency, seeks a CRM Strategist to lead complex HubSpot implementations and RevOps design. You will translate business requirements into scalable workflows, configure native integrations, and optimize the revenue engine across Marketing, Sales, and Services.

The role emphasizes data governance, dashboard reporting, and aligning data with a single source of truth, delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years building complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
Proven ability to design systems around RevOps processes (lead-to-cash, forecasting, attribution).
Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into automated technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Technical Design: lead HubSpot architecture, data schema, and object mapping.
Native Integration Management: configure integrations with Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.
Revenue Engine Optimization: develop lead scoring, attribution, and cross‑team handoffs.
Data Governance: enforce data hygiene, deduplication, and governance policies.
HubSpot Implementation & Configuration: oversee setup and optimization of HubSpot.
Business Process Mapping: map Current vs Future State processes and identify bottlenecks.
Reporting & Analytics: build RevOps dashboards to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
