Job summary

Bayard Bradford is a fast-growing Elite HubSpot consulting partner focused on serving franchises and industrial/manufacturing firms. We seek an Account Executive who can navigate the HubSpot ecosystem from inside out and turn technical solutions into long-term partnerships.

You will nurture client relationships from first meeting to long-term collaboration, grow in a key role, and contribute to a dynamic, remote team. Competitive salary and OTE offered.

Qualifications

• HubSpot Partner Experience required: track record with HubSpot ecosystem and partners.
• Leading discovery calls: ability to define next steps with clients.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and meet sales/retention quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with HubSpot sales and CSMs as the preferred partner for complex manufacturing and franchise deals.
• Strategically manage existing clients: identify upsells, renewals, and align solutions with client needs.
• Create high-quality proposals and collaborate on detailed Scopes of Work to set clear expectations and drive project success.
