Job summary

Neovance L.P. is seeking a Manager, Hub Operations to provide strategic oversight across HUB programs, including reimbursement hotlines and patient assistance initiatives.

You will lead frontline Supervisors, translate client expectations into action, and drive performance metrics such as productivity, quality, and TAT. You will collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional partners to resolve issues, manage staffing, and ensure profitable delivery of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education and ideally 5 years of equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership across Neovance programs.
• Lead Supervisors and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive productivity, quality, and turnaround time while managing staffing and profitability.
• Resolve escalations and implement improvements to support effective program delivery.
