Keenova seeks a Senior Manager, Reimbursement & Access Services to lead HUB operations, access programs, and reimbursement strategy across patient support services. This role drives governance, quality, and performance improvement with cross-functional influence, including vendor leadership and field teams.

The position emphasizes strategic oversight, budget stewardship, and collaboration with IT, Trade, and Sales Ops to optimize patient access outcomes and program ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience including HUB program design and governance.
• Experience with health insurance benefits structures and Medicare Part B.
• Experience leading vendor governance and cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Knowledge of Medicare Part B coverage, CPT/HCPCS, and payer policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership for HUB case management activities and customer-facing support.
• Establish performance expectations, quality standards, and customer experience objectives.
• Lead through influence to drive accountability across HUB teams and reimbursement specialists.
• Evaluate performance via audits, productivity metrics, SLAs, and escalation trends.
• Develop business cases and partner with vendor leadership on improvements.
