Job summary

CareMetx is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Hub Operations to lead a patient support and reimbursement program focused on injectable therapies. The role manages a team, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides clinical guidance to patients and staff.

A BSN with RN license is highly preferred, with leadership experience in hub or clinical operations valued. The Senior Manager will oversee training, performance reviews, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration to align

BSN degree required for this role.
RN license strongly preferred and beneficial for clinical leadership.
Proven supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare settings.
Experience with injectable medications or reimbursement programs is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving and client-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership for supervisors and associates to ensure performance and growth.
Design and implement workflows, training, and SOPs to meet quality standards.
Conduct reviews, coach staff, and manage hiring/onboarding in the hub.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Serve as clinical resource for patients and staff handling injections and training.
Monitor adverse events and ensure regulatory compliance per SOPs.
Maintain client relationships and communicate program performance to stakeholders.
