Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for HUB case management and customer-facing support.
• Establish performance standards, quality targets, and customer experience goals.
• Influence HUB teams to achieve accountability and performance improvements.
• Oversee audits, productivity metrics, SLAs, and escalation handling.
• Drive vendor governance, budgeting, and ROIs for patient access programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Market Access, Sales, Compliance, and IT.
• Develop reports for leadership on program performance and risks.
