Job summary

CareMetx, LLC seeks a Senior Manager Hub Operations-BSN to lead a patient support and reimbursement program for injectable medications. You will supervise supervisors and associates, design training and SOPs, and ensure regulatory compliance while serving as a clinical resource for patients and staff.

You will oversee budgeting, onboarding, and stakeholder communication, promoting safety, quality, and patient-centric care in a fast-paced, client-driven setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN license strongly preferred.
• Experience with injectable medications or clinical education is required.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare or clinical operations.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience in nursing, specialty pharmacy, infusion, hospital, or physician office.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day leadership for supervisors and associates to ensure strong performance and growth.
• Designs and implements operational workflows, training programs, and SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, and team development with leadership support.
• Monitors program metrics, budgets, and forecasting; communicates performance to stakeholders.
• Acts as a clinical resource for patients and staff on injectable therapies and adverse event reporting.
