Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ comp initiatives across our fulfillment network. Remote role with travel to centers, strong preference for proximity to Atlanta, GA centers.

You will own safety programs, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance and a proactive safety culture across locations. Requires 5+ years in safety and CSP/CHMM/OSHA expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of safety, compliance, or risk management experience in a multi-site fulfillment/logistics environment.
• Current OSHA, CSP, CHMM certifications.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers compensation laws, and safety best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or fulfillment center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers, including driver safety.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability.
• Partner with operations to ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Oversee workers compensation including claims handling and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and present findings to Senior Leadership.
• Support case managers and act as escalation point for complex claims.
• Ensure fulfillment operations comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Directly manage Safety Supervisors at each fulfillment location.
• Facilitate cross-site collaboration among safety teams.
