Job summary

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers' compensation initiatives across our fulfillment network. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement and requires building a strong safety culture, aligning with regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement across locations.

This remote position supports travel to fulfillment centers, preferred near major hubs, and may involve on-site work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or risk management in multi-site fulfillment/logistics.
• Current OSHA certification and CSP/CHMM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation laws.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or fulfillment center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans for OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education and accountability.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, reporting, and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claim data to identify risks and present insights to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
