SupplyHouse.com is a leading e-commerce supplier of HVAC, plumbing, heating and electrical goods. We seek a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and workers’ compensation initiatives across our nationwide fulfillment network with a focus on regulatory compliance and incident reduction.

The remote role requires potential travel to fulfillment centers and a preference for candidates living near Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of safety, compliance or risk management in multi-site fulfillment or logistics.
• Current OSHA certification and CSP/CHMM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws and safety best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing or fulfillment environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies and training across all fulfillment centers.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through education, engagement and accountability.
• Ensure safe handling/storage of hazmat materials and ORM-D with Product Catalog Team.
• Identify workplace hazards, assist root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee workers' compensation claims processing, reporting and carrier coordination.
• Analyze claims data and trends to present risks to senior leadership.
• Support case managers and serve as escalation point for complex claims.
• Ensure fulfillment operations comply with federal, state and local safety regulations.
• Coordinate investigations and document timely resolutions across sites.
• Directly manage Safety Supervisors at each fulfillment location.
• Foster cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing among safety teams.
