Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Payroll Architect to drive technical design and support for HR and payroll platforms. You will liaison between HR, Payroll and IT, translating business needs into robust system solutions and architectural designs that boost operational efficiency and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive HRIT and HRIS experience, plus familiarity with HCM platforms and PeopleSoft HR 9.2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of HRIT experience with strong HR system exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIT primary contact for HR and payroll tech teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for HRIS/HCM.
• Design maintainable architectural solutions to meet customer needs.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches and security compliance.
• Create documentation and implementation plans for changes.
