Strattec is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems. The role focuses on payroll, system implementations, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional project execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep HRIS expertise, payroll knowledge, and a track record of delivering scalable HR technology solutions across HR, IT, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong payroll knowledge and payroll systems experience.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Proven project management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving process improvement and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS administration, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance to ensure compliant HR operations.
• Configuration, testing, deployment of system updates and workflows.
• Maintain data accuracy, governance, and security.
• Coordinate HR technology implementations and vendor relationships.
• Design reports and analytics for HR, payroll, and compliance.
• Oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
