Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead SAP Solution Architect for HR and Finance to shape the SAP architecture strategy and roadmap. You will design enterprise SAP solutions, drive implementation across global teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure systems.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Remote work is supported with potential travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with 7+ years, or 13+ years without a degree.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules and HR data, payroll, and time management.
• Experience integrating HR and Finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale SAP solutions and architectural blueprints.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation with global teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and communicate designs clearly.
• Mentor junior staff and share SAP trends.
