Qualifications

• Strong Workday HRIS architecture, configuration and support experience.
• Expertise in at least one functional area (Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Learning, Talent Development or Performance Management).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support implementation, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support and enhance Workday HRIS solutions across HR areas.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to improve processes and user experience; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document solutions and mentor team members.
