Job summary

Strattec is seeking a strategic HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Strattec’s HR information systems, with a strong emphasis on payroll, implementation, data integrity, and reporting.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operations, driving cross-functional projects that enhance processes and system capabilities. Dayforce experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience supporting payroll systems and processes
• Demonstrated experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system conversions
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced reporting and data management capabilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• HRIS Administration & Optimisation: Manage and maintain the company’s HRIS platform with integrity, security, reliability, and performance
• Payroll & Workforce Systems: Partner with Payroll to support payroll processing, system configuration, audits, and issue resolution
• System Implementations & Enhancements: Lead HR technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and optimization initiatives
• Process Improvement: Analyze HR and payroll processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardisation
• Project Management: Lead multiple HRIS and payroll-related projects from initiation to completion
• Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce reports
