Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years HR/IT experience preferred.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or US Payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on configuration and functional leadership for HRIS.
• Lead projects evaluating process automation and improvements.
• Coordinate and mentor HR technology analysts and teams.
• Develop and deliver HR data reports and dashboards.
• Test integrations between HR systems and applications.
• Guide ongoing optimization of HRIS functionality and usage.
