Job summary

Strattec Security Corp. is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead administration, optimization, and continual improvement of HR information systems.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for HR technology with a strong focus on payroll, system implementations, data integrity, reporting, and project execution. The ideal candidate partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience supporting payroll systems and processes.
• Demonstrated experience leading HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system conversions.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced reporting and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS administration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and leaders to ensure compliant, scalable HR operations.
• Oversee HR technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and integrations.
• Drive process improvement and standardization of HR/payroll workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with implementation partners.
• Create system documentation, process maps, and training materials.
• Develop HR, payroll, compliance, and workforce reports and dashboards.
