HR Tech Job is seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS with ServiceNow HRSD expertise to support design, configuration, and admin tasks for HR service delivery. The role emphasizes independent delivery of basic to medium solutions and collaboration with HR, IT, and architects.

Remote US-based position with a focus on stabilization post-Salesforce transition. The candidate will handle scripting, reporting, automation and platform administration, using PowerShell, Excel VBA, Power BI and Azure DevOps,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Systems, HR Technology or equivalent.
• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• 5+ years on Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
• Configure, support and develop HRSD solutions for basic to medium scope.
• Contribute to complex implementations with guidance from leads.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, integration.
• PowerShell scripting, Excel Macros/VBA and Power BI experience.
• Azure DevOps for agile delivery, backlog tracking and releases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship (H1B, OPT/CPT, TN).

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support the ServiceNow HRSD module including workflows and knowledge.
• Design, implement, and modify HRSD solutions per business requirements.
• Deliver basic to medium complexity enhancements independently.
• Partner with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead analysts on more complex ServiceNow platform work.
• Develop and maintain forms, Flow Designer automations, rules, scripts, reports.
• Troubleshoot defects and process inefficiencies in HRSD.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and governance materials.
• Configure Azure DevOps for work intake, backlog, user stories and releases.
• Build automation and reporting with PowerShell and Power BI.
