Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS – ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Administrator to design, configure, and administer the HRSD module in a remote-capable role.

You'll work with HR, IT and architects to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions and support the transition from Salesforce to ServiceNow. You will develop forms, workflows, and dashboards, troubleshoot issues, and help automate HR processes using PowerShell, VBA, Power BI, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT, CS, HR tech or related field.
• Hands-on ServiceNow experience with HRSD module.
• 5+ years across Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
• Experience with scripting and configuration in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, Excel macros/VBA, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support the ServiceNow HRSD module including workflows, case management, employee service center, lifecycle events, knowledge content, and catalog items.
• Design, implement, and modify HRSD solutions to improve HR service delivery processes.
• Deliver basic to medium complexity ServiceNow enhancements independently and support more complex initiatives with architectural guidance.
• Partner with ServiceNow architects, developers, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead analysts and provide guidance on deeper ServiceNow platform work.
• Develop and maintain forms, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot defects and process inefficiencies within HRSD and support governance and data management.
