Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, HRIS – Service Now HRSD Developer / Administrator to design, configure, and administer the HRSD module from a remote location.

The role emphasizes delivering medium complexity solutions, collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, and stabilizing the Salesforce to ServiceNow transition. The ideal candidate has strong HRSD experience, scripting skills, and familiarity with PowerShell, Excel VBA, Power BI, Salesforce, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years combined Salesforce/ServiceNow experience.
• Experience configuring and developing HRSD solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting and integration with HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support the ServiceNow HRSD module including workflows and catalog items.
• Design and implement HRSD solutions aligning with business requirements.
• Deliver basic to medium ServiceNow enhancements independently.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow components: forms, flows, business rules, scripts, reports, dashboards.
