Job summary

System One, Inc. seeks a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect for a remote contract. The role focuses on designing and delivering HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management, with extensive scripting in JavaScript and Glide.

Expect collaboration with HR stakeholders and rigorous testing and governance. You will develop, test, and deploy HRSD solutions, create KPI dashboards, and ensure best practices in integration and platform operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with HR case management.
• 4+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with integration best practices (Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft 365).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools (NowAssist/MoveWorks).
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full SDLC: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training and Support.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management.
• Develop, test, and deploy HRSD solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to track HR KPIs and provide insights.
• Collaborate with HR to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging and troubleshooting to ensure HRSD reliability.
• Document configurations, procedures, and governance standards.
• Provide training and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users.
