Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union in Sandy, Utah seeks an HR Systems Analyst III to optimize HR technology systems, configure complex solutions, and ensure data integrity across the HR ecosystem.

You will partner with Product Managers and business leaders to translate needs into scalable designs, lead advanced configuration, testing, and implementations, and mentor HR System Administrators and Analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems such as Workday and LMS platforms.
• Ability to lead complex HR technology implementations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Architect highly complex HR technology solutions across domains with scalability and data integrity.
• Lead design, integrations, and automation affecting multiple functions or systems.
• Serve as technical lead for major HR tech initiatives and transformations.
• Resolve complex system issues and perform root-cause analysis with sustainable fixes.
• Design update/testing strategies, releases, and deployment plans.
• Develop system documentation for processes, configuration, and procedures.
