Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, HRIS & Operations to own the HRIS and broader HR operations, focusing on data integrity, compliance, and employee lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations, including 3 years in HRIS management and implementation.
• Experience as a system owner or lead administrator for an enterprise HRIS platform (Workday or UKG).
• Proven track record in HR technology implementations and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, data management, and compliance best practices.
• Experience developing dashboards and workforce analytics reporting.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the HRIS and related technologies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Lead system enhancements, vendor partnerships, and technology integrations.
• Optimize HR processes to enhance employee lifecycle experiences and maintain compliance.
• Oversee employee data accuracy, audits, and process consistency with HR teams.
• Lead HR technology initiatives from planning to adoption, managing timelines and stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver strategic reports and insights for organizational effectiveness and HR data governance.
• Resolve complex HRIS issues and create training resources to improve service delivery.
