Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Human Resources Operations to oversee HR operations for a multi-institution environment in Education, Government & Non-Profit sectors. This hands-on leader partners with HR leadership, HR systems, and internal stakeholders to strengthen accountability, process discipline, and the employee experience.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $120,000 to $125,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop HR teams.
• Proven experience implementing HR policies and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor HR Generalists in providing full employee lifecycle support.
• Establish service expectations and accountability across HR.

• Identify process improvement opportunities in HR operations.
• Facilitate collaboration with HR systems to improve efficiency.
• Guide employee relations and resolve complex HR matters effectively.
