Job summary

Ladco Design Center is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the HR Technology team. This role can be based out of the Des Moines office or can be performed fully remotely. Responsibilities include managing HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, optimizing HR processes, and leading projects. Candidates should have 5-7 years of HRIS management experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
