Figma is seeking a collaborative Manager, HRIS to lead our Workday platform and a team of HRIS Specialists. You will shape scalable solutions, drive performance, and ensure Workday remains a strong foundation for people processes.

Success means deep Workday expertise, ability to manage delivery with internal teams and partners, and establishing efficient intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and resource management. This role can be remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HRIS/People Technology with Workday config across modules.
• Proven leadership of HRIS or People Technology teams.
• Experience delivering Workday with governance and SOX-compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of HRIS Specialists and deepen Workday expertise.
• Oversee Workday configuration governance and complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with People, Payroll, IT, Finance to deliver integrated solutions.
• Improve processes, automate manual work, and increase efficiency.
• Plan projects, intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and resourcing.
