Job summary

Figma is seeking a collaborative and strategic Manager, HRIS to lead our Workday platform and build a high-performing team. You will balance day-to-day operational excellence with longer-term improvements that scale with the business.

You’ll partner with People, Payroll, IT, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions, govern Workday configuration, and drive efficiency, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements across our global HR ecosystem.

Qualifications

8+ years in HRIS/People Technology with Workday expertise.
Proven leadership of high‑performing HRIS/People Technology teams.
Delivery governance including project intake, prioritization, sprint planning, and releases within SOX controls.
Strong cross‑functional collaboration with People, Payroll, IT, Finance.
Curiosity about emerging technologies and AI in HRIS.

Responsibilities

Lead HRIS team and develop capabilities through cross-training and documentation.
Evolve operating model: intake, prioritization, sprint planning, capacity planning, releases.
Coordinate with internal HRIS team members and external partners for scalable delivery.
Govern Workday configuration and contribute hands‑on work for complex initiatives.
Partner with People, Payroll, IT, Finance to deliver integrated solutions.
Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Evaluate emerging technologies and AI features for HRIS enhancements.
Support evolution of the broader People Technology ecosystem and integrations.
