enhanceHCM is seeking an HRIS Director | Implementation & Data Consultant to lead HCM system implementations, data analysis, and vendor coordination in a remote-capable, interim role. You will drive data integrity, module configuration, and actionable insights for clients across industries.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HRIS/payroll/data roles, strong communication, and PM certification is a plus. A flexible remote work setup and collaboration with cross-functional teams are offered.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in HCM or payroll systems, HRIS, and data-focused roles.
• Experience with system configuration and data-driven optimization is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Support full lifecycle of HCM implementation projects from setup to data validation.
• Analyze HCM and payroll data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between clients and vendor teams to resolve issues effectively.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS/HCM systems and modules.
• Lead or assist with configuring, testing, and implementing additional modules.
