Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain, optimize, and support the HRIS ecosystem. You will ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and provide analytics and reporting to support strategic HR initiatives in a remote US role.

The candidate will work with systems like ADP, Workday, SAP, and HubSpot, alongside IT and HR partners, to improve functionality and deliver compliant insights. This exempt, remote role offers growth and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in HR, IS, business admin or related field.
• 2–5 years of HRIS experience with major systems.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Experience with system implementation or upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, HubSpot, Internal Services).
• Manage configurations, updates, and enhancements to meet business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy via audits and validation procedures.
• Serve as point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting, and support.
• Create and maintain standard and custom HR reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to improve system functionality.
• Assist in implementation and integration of new HR systems or modules.
• Provide user training and documentation for HRIS users.
• Support compliance reporting (EEO, AAP, etc.).
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities.
