Loenbro is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance its HR technology, with a primary focus on Greenhouse and related integrations. The role coordinates with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business needs and improve processes, experience, and employee journeys.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years supporting HRIS or Talent Management systems.
• Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications.
• Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise ATS.
• Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues.
• Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management apps (Greenhouse focus).
• Manage security, access, updates, changes, and enhancements.
• Support integrations and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Develop and execute test plans for system changes and deployments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
