Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on Greenhouse and integrations with other business systems.

You will partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions, manage configurations and security, and drive testing and implementation efforts in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications
• Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications
• Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues
• Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases
• Experience working with cross‑functional business, IT, and vendor teams
• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• HRIS Application Management: Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management applications, with primary responsibility for Greenhouse.
• Integrations & Testing: Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
• Business Partnership: Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Vendor & Change Management: Manage relationships with Greenhouse and other HR technology vendors, coordinating issues, enhancements, and product updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Build knowledge of HR and Talent Management processes and emerging HR technology capabilities.
