Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking an HRIS Integrations Analyst to design, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between the HRIS and internal applications.

This role partners with HR, Payroll, IT, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure data exchange across enterprise systems, supporting cloud HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, Oracle HCM, and ADP.

Qualifications

• Reviews functional business requirements and proactively develops solutions.
• Proactively seeks system solutions to improve data management efficiency and accuracy.
• Performs complex analytics to determine root causes of data issues.
• Recommends practical corrective actions and implements them.
• Evaluates efficient, cost-effective data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for inbound and outbound integrations and support SAP SuccessFactors enhancements.
• Assist with requirements and solution design for enterprise initiatives.
• Lead root cause analyses and recommend solutions to complex issues.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and Brand partners to support inquiries and provide operational support.
• Support configuration testing during maintenance cycles and release events.
• Demonstrate understanding of HR data processes and downstream systems.
• Generate reports/extracts to aid data analysis and research.
• Develop and maintain integration-related process documentation.
