Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience with HRIS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with major HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, HubSpot, Internal Services).
• Manage configurations, updates, and enhancements to meet changing business needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data validation procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Create and maintain standard and custom HR reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to improve system functionality and streamline HR processes.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of new HR systems or modules.
• Provide user training and documentation for HRIS users.
• Support compliance reporting, such as EEO, AAP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
