Job summary

CTG is seeking an HR Technology Program Manager for Workday to lead enterprise HR systems initiatives. This remote, 6-month assignment requires coordinating with HR, IT, HRSS, and business leadership to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive governance, milestones, budgets, and executive-level reporting, while guiding Workday transformations, including Workday Extend and automation, to improve employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with IT/HR focus.
• 8+ years IT/HR program management experience.
• Experience leading Workday transformation in large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise HR technology programs centered on Workday.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery: planning, governance, budgets.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, HRSS, and leadership to define requirements.
• Provide executive-level governance and reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Drive automation and process improvements across HR tech.
