TP-Link Systems Inc. is hiring a hands-on HRIS Manager to drive global Workday deployment, optimization, and day-to-day HR tech operations. You will bridge HR, IT, and vendors to ensure stable systems and scalable HR processes across regions.

The ideal candidate has deep Workday expertise, strong HR process knowledge, and a track record of managing global HR systems in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with Workday, including hands-on configuration & Implementation.
• Deep functional expertise in Core HCM and Absence tracking.
• Strong experience with Workday Business Process Framework, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Experience supporting large, multi-entity organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Workday strategy, governance, and HR technology roadmap.
• Own Workday platform globally; partner with executives to improve employee experience.
• Manage configuration, security roles, and tenant management across regions.
• Coordinate Workday deployments, country rollouts, and vendor partnerships.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data governance across HR systems.
