Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to lead the design and delivery of Workday reporting solutions supporting HR operations and leadership visibility.

You will own end-to-end reporting initiatives, from intake and build through testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support, partnering with HR Technology to ensure outputs are accurate, secure, and aligned with business needs.

This is a remote role based in the United States with no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, IS, business, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday report development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Workday reporting tools (Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reports, Calculated Fields).
• Workday Pro certification in Reporting is required.
• Experience with report-based integrations (RaaS).
• Knowledge of Workday HCM data model and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and calculated fields across HR functions.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and security per Workday models for different audiences.
• Create dashboards for self-service analytics for HR leadership.
• Act as escalation point for report defects and performance issues; evaluate new reporting features with each Workday release.
• Own end-to-end reporting initiatives from intake to deployment and documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Technology on reporting requirements and validate outputs during testing cycles.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
