Darwin Recruitment is seeking a mid-level Project Manager for HR technology and business applications. This remote, permanent role focuses on ownership, independent planning and delivery of diverse projects across HR systems and tech.

You’ll work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements, manage risks and coordinate internal teams and vendors. UKG experience is welcome, but the ability to manage varied projects is more important.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager at mid level.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, not a single implementation.
• Strong organisational and planning skills; able to create structure from ambiguity.
• Self-sufficient and proactive approach to work.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Confident decision-making and problem-solving when plans change.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of projects from initiation through delivery.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery strategies.
• Manage multiple projects and applications across the business.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders and set priorities to keep projects moving.
• Identify risks, dependencies and roadblocks early and plan mitigations.
• Create practical delivery plans and coordinate internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines and budgets; provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Adapt approach depending on project, application and business needs.
