Cloud Talent is seeking a senior HCM Project Manager for a long-term remote contract in the US. You will drive HRIS projects end-to-end, with a focus on UKG Time & Attendance implementation and ongoing support within a distributed team.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in project management, 3+ years with UKG, and a proven ability to stay organized, collaborate across teams, manage dependencies, and deliver on tight schedules with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience driving HRIS projects from start to finish.
• 3+ years with UKG, ideally UKG Time & Attendance implementation or support projects.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and able to drive projects to completion.
• Able to anticipate issues, maintain current status and stay on top of deliverables and dependencies.
