Job summary

Safelite is seeking a Lead Payroll Business Analyst to partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Tax, and IT to drive complex initiatives that improve payroll accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will own end-to-end requirements, create dashboards, KPIs, and process documentation, and lead cross-functional sessions to design scalable solutions that align with SOX controls and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years in payroll, business analysis, or analytics with cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise processes, multi-system integrations, and audits.
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of payroll initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
• Analyze payroll processes, data, and audit findings to identify risks and improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional sessions to define requirements and drive solution design.
• Manage end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle and ensure alignment across systems.
• Create SOPs, process maps, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for audit-ready payroll operations.
• Lead data analysis to translate payroll data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation using Excel models and Power Automate.
• Coordinate with project, system, QA, and audits; support UAT, deployment, and communications.
