Safelite is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to work remotely across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and leaders to drive high-quality hires.

You will leverage data, TA technologies, and proactive sourcing to forecast talent needs, while aligning strategies with business objectives and KPI delivery. The role emphasizes consultative partnerships and continuous recruiting process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in an internal talent acquisition program or staffing firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business partners.
• Advise on hiring with a goal of improving quality of hire.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates with market intelligence.
• Utilize TA technology platforms to streamline workflows and inform decisions.
• Provide mentorship to peers and ensure compliance with SOPs.
