Job summary

The University of Portsmouth is seeking an HR System Integration Testing Specialist to bridge the HR Systems Team and Information Services, providing specialist iTrent technical knowledge for new system delivery.

You will ensure HR system requirements, data governance and integration dependencies are identified and embedded into design, testing and implementation, with remote work options and occasional office travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with iTrent HRIS and system integrations.
• Strong data governance and data migration testing skills.
• Ability to work across HR and IS and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between HR Systems Team and Information Services to provide iTrent knowledge to support new system delivery.
• Ensure HR system requirements, configuration, data governance and integration dependencies are identified and incorporated into design, testing and implementation activities.
• Transfer knowledge from upgrades and processes to the HR Systems team.
• Assist with remote testing activities and occasional office travel as needed.
