Job summary

Medasource is seeking an experienced UKG Integration Specialist to design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between UKG and downstream HR systems. You will work with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure secure data transmission and reliable interfaces.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring integrations, validating data flows, coordinating tests, and supporting go-live activities in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting and configuring UKG platforms (Pro/Dimensions/Workforce Central).
• Proven track record delivering integrations in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on API integrations (REST/SOAP) and SFTP file transfers.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and middleware tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot inbound/outbound interface issues and ensure data quality.
• Strong requirements gathering and translating to technical solutions.
• Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Timekeeping and Workforce Management data structures.
• Experience leading integration testing, validation and deployment activities.

This consultant will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors to design, build, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations between UKG and downstream enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG platforms and a proven track record delivering integrations in complex enterprise environments.

Job Description:

The UKG Integration Specialist will lead the development, configuration, testing, and support of interfaces between UKG and connected systems including payroll, benefits, ERP, identity management, and other HR technologies. This individual will act as the subject matter expert for integration architecture and data flows, ensuring reliable and secure transmission of workforce data across the organization.

Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing integration solutions, troubleshooting interface issues, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting go-live activities. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to improve data quality, optimize existing integrations, and implement new interfaces as business needs evolve.
