You will work across HR functions, translating business needs into practical technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, controls, and efficient HR workflows while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, CS, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, business processes, tenant configuration, data loads, releases, and upgrades.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday HCM and related HR systems.
• Maintain Workday security, business processes, tenant configuration, and downstream integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear technical concepts and solutions.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and deliver Workday enhancements and system improvements.
