Job summary

Howden Group is seeking a remote HRIS Analyst for a 3-month contract to support Workday implementation, system optimization, and stakeholder adoption across the US. You will report to the Regional HRIS Team Lead and collaborate with in-country teams and the implementation partner to ensure alignment with global HR processes.

The role requires deep Workday knowledge (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Time Tracking) and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

Excellent knowledge of Workday, covering HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Learning, Recruiting and Time Tracking
Excellent technical skills across a wide range of technology products
An inquisitive and challenging mind, with an interest in questioning and improving the “as is”
Excellent operational skills e.g. processes, procedures, data analysis
Excellent HR experience and knowledge

Responsibilities

Act as the functional and technical expert for Workday, supporting both the in-country teams as well as the implementation partner team to ensure a design aligned with global standards.
Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of the deployment.
Facilitate cross-functional team discussions and decision-making by asking insightful questions to uncover true needs and brainstorm effective solutions.
