Job summary
Wave is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to help implement our new HRIS and scale our people technology in a high-growth fintech environment.
The role is fully remote, based in eligible countries with annual travel to Africa for a one-week immersion, and a transparent salary formula.
You’ll configure systems, support migrations, improve data quality, and train teams while ensuring GDPR/CCPA compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, BA, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience administering HRIS platforms.
- Experience managing HR systems across modules including Talent Management, HCM, Compensation and L&D.
- Experience with Workday strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with data privacy and compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Experience with BI systems like PowerBI or Looker.
Responsibilities
- Support HRIS migration and data migration with vendor context.
- Configure and customize pre-mapped processes and workflows.
- Implement and scale internal service desk and HR processes.
- Analyze HR systems workflows to reduce manual work and increase automation.
- Support migrations and integrations in Talent, Workforce, and Payroll systems.
- Oversee upgrades, patches, testing in HR systems.
- Train HR team and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
- Serve as primary contact for troubleshooting.
