Wave is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the HR & Benefits Operations team, focusing on payroll and benefits management for the US Hub. You will handle multi-state payroll, tax compliance, and vendor relationships, while aligning HR practices across regions.

The role requires deep US/Canada payroll knowledge and strong analytical skills. Based in the Eastern Time Zone, USA, you will operate remotely with annual travel to operating countries in Africa and a $1,200 yearly coworker

Qualifications

• 7+ years in global payroll management with US/Canada focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Payroll certifications (CPP/CPM) or equivalent HR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Manage payroll vendors and relationships across regions.
