Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills.
• 1 year of experience in HR preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Virtual employees must have high-speed internet (25 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload).
• Remote employees must live within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Answer HRAnswers calls and document inquiries and resolutions.
• Provide HR line-of-business support.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Navigate internal resources and HR technology tools.
